Working with them so far has been a total game-changer."

The Music Industry has Changed.
Here's How To Adapt...

The Art of Making Efficient Use of Your Time & Energy
Whilst Avoiding Bad Contracts
Creative, musical individuals, and their teams fail to grow opportunities with personal integrity & high margin because they do not understand the current market dynamics to the degree required.

They are stuck on a treadmill of mindless content creation, and the outsourcing of critical tasks to agencies and entities who just don't care the same way you do.

Authenticity is sacrificed, energy is expended and rationalized, and discomfort becomes the norm.

Most committed and ambitious creatives already have the artistic skills required to succeed in the new economy, but lack the technical engineering, sales and mechanisms necessary to achieve real return from their music streams, and product.

And no wonder...

It is nearly impossible to differentiate signal from noise in the current environment. This results in frustration, anxiety, hopelessness, confusion and even giving up and switching careers.

This is a terrible, all too common reality.

To be deeply resonant, and profitable in today's vibrant yet complex music landscape, musicians and their teams need to focus on several key areas.

Firstly, developing a genuine connection with the audience is crucial. Musicians should strive for authenticity in their music and communication. By sharing personal stories, experiences, and insights into their creative processes, artists can create a deeper bond with their fans, fostering a sense of loyalty and support.

Utilizing social media platforms and monetizing services effectively can and should help artists reach a wider audience and strengthen their brand, but it will not make money unless properly designed to do so.

Utilizing social media platforms and streaming services effectively can and should help artists reach a wider audience and strengthen their brand, but it will not make money unless properly designed to do so.

An outreach team devoted to getting the word about concerning the existing catalogue is crucial

Consistently creating high-quality music and visual content is essential for attracting and retaining fans, but developing product market fit within your audience niche is of vital importance as well, and is nearly completely overlooked.   Exploring multiple revenue streams is key for maximizing profitability. Artists should diversify their income sources, which may include digital music sales, streaming royalties, live performances, merchandise sales, sync licensing, and fan memberships or subscriptions.

It should also include high ticket funnels, usually reserved for the consulting world, but immensely effective in the arts as well.

Diversifying income sources can help musicians achieve financial stability and reduce their reliance on any single revenue stream.

Staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and audience preferences is essential for maintaining relevance, reach and profitability. Musicians and their must be willing to adapt their strategies, learn new skills, and embrace change to stay ahead in the constantly evolving music landscape.

You have a large following but with little to no monetization of it.  Patreon isn't cutting it.

You mave have 10s or 100s of thousands of followers, but have no idea how to use that asset to produce income.

You have signed with a partner or taken money from people you wish you hadn't.

You have inconsistent or otherwise underwhelming income being generated.

Hard to justify going all in with no clear path...?

You've paid for Spotify shoutouts or taken courses and 'communities' and had bad outcomes.

You're exhausted at needing to write grants constantly and then not even getting them.

You see people's followings blowing up overnight using TikTok trending sounds or Reel trends, but you realize that's not the answer

Introduction: The Law of Exchange

The Dream must be met with a Process to Bring it to Life

By not relying on the Law of Exchange,
you make yourself vulnerable to shifts in the environment.

'Send something of value, an offering, to enough of the right people, and you will earn money %.'

Applying the Law of Exchange and the Law of Large Numbers to the digital space allows for revenue to be generated by achieving audience message resonance, even at a low percentage.

Phenomena take on definable characteristics when they're measured over time, in large data sets.
Say I’m playing the cello in Montréal’s Old Port for an audience of about 10,000 individuals over 1 hour, and I’m getting a 2% conversion rate with an average tip of $1.25.

These numbers would mean that 200 people donated $1.25 within 1 hour.
That gives me earnings of around $250.

But I could get an even higher conversion rate, and there could be 15,000 people since it's a big holiday weekend. Hence the earnings could be higher...

And so I learned how to decouple my time from the hours I traded.
I could learn to optimize my street performing efforts with leverage.
I would go out and make 500 or 600 dollars in a couple hours at 20 years old.

The internet is not so different it turns out.

My 'field-research' was sound, so I put it to the test fully in the online world.

In Depth Case Study  - Andrew
Launched from ZERO and Grown into 25 Students a Month using Audience Message Resonance within a few short months

Andrew's words about his transformation from 0 to 25 Students a Month Recurring by starting his own School using Musicianconsulting.com's help

Where I'm at right now is that over the past 6 months I started from really, zero...

I started a program called Virtual Drama Club which recreates the middleschool/highschool drama experience using Zoom technology. Right now at this point I have an Acting ensemble and a Musical theatre ensemble program, each one has about 10-15 students in it recurring each month, they're coming to me from all around the United States. Boston, Florida, Washington DC, Louisiana, Chicago, several students coming in from California....So it's neat...it's great to bring these kids together. Not only have they been able to continue what they're doing and what they love in the performing arts, but they're creating this new digital performing medium that I think is going to last beyond COVID. A great way for students to meet each other and get to work together from all over the country and hopefully soon the whole world. It's really taking off, and though I'm not quite there yet, I look forward to the day I can go to places I love to be and sit on the beach with an internet connection and a computer and carry on my online classes from anyplace, anywhere.

I have Zander to thank for that."

One of Andrew's after school ensembles

Andrew's words, continued...

"Zander really helped me walk through every step of this from looking at myself,

1. What I bring to the table,
2. How I'm going to package it,
3. What's going to resonate with prospective clients or students,
4. How my social media looks and feels online,
5. General web presence importance,
6. Especially Facebook advertising...
You know, it's easy to feel like you're spending a lot of money and not getting good results.
He taught me to really look, to test everything. You don't just throw money, you start small, you see which message is resonating, and which program (value proposition) you're putting out is resonating.

You take scientific measured results before you make the decision to put money into advertising. He is always available for 1-1 advice. He puts so much time. He also has started a Facebook group and all his different students can share stories, give each other advice, talk about what we're doing...Learn and grow together.   I highly recommend working with Zander. I look forward to continue working with him and I think you should work with him also."

In Depth Case Study - Cash Offer as an Artist

Gabriella's story

1. Gabriella did 30 covers on her social media for free.

2. When she STOPPED doing them, her fans noticed.

3. Now, people pay her up to 10k a month for her artistic contribution.

4. Through doing this method, Gabriella was able to create 5,000 of revenue in the same time that Spotify paid her $.  If she hadn't done this, she would have made just $50.

5. Her consistency in finding the art she wants to make has resulted in her now achieving 200k monthly listeners and millions and millions

This is literally the difference between something working and being broken.
